Who runs this site
offplanhelp.com is run by Muhammad Faizan, a licensed real estate broker based in the United Arab Emirates, working in off-plan property across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah. For anything in this policy, I am the data controller and the person to contact — details at the bottom of this page.
What this site does not collect
Most privacy policies list what a site gathers. It's shorter here to list what this one doesn't:
- No contact or lead forms. There is nothing on this site that asks you to type in your name, email address or phone number.
- No accounts or logins. You cannot register here, so no credentials or profiles exist.
- No newsletter or email capture. I don't collect email addresses anywhere on the site.
- No analytics or advertising trackers. The site runs no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any similar script, and sets no tracking cookies.
- No payments. Nothing is bought or sold on this site, so no payment data is ever handled here.
The calculators and comparison tools on this site run entirely in your browser. Numbers you enter into them are not transmitted or stored anywhere.
If you message me on WhatsApp
Every contact button on this site opens a WhatsApp chat to +971 52 188 9956. If you choose to send a message, I receive what any WhatsApp contact receives: your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name, and whatever you write. Some buttons pre-fill the first message with a note of which page you came from — you can see and edit that text before sending.
I use this information for one purpose: answering your enquiry and advising you on off-plan property if you want that. I keep the conversation for as long as it's useful to helping you, or as long as UAE real estate regulations require records to be kept. I don't add you to broadcast lists, and I don't sell or share your details with anyone.
WhatsApp itself is operated by Meta. Once you message through it, the transmission of that message is also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Technical data that moves automatically
Like every website, some data flows just by loading a page:
- Hosting and server logs. This site is served through Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes standard connection data — your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Fonts. The site's typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests files from Google's servers and Google sees your IP address in that request. See Google's privacy policy.
- YouTube thumbnails. The About page displays video thumbnails loaded from YouTube's image servers, which involves the same kind of request to Google. Watching a video happens on YouTube itself, under YouTube's terms.
What stays in your browser
If you use the light/dark theme toggle, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under a single key (opht-theme). That value never leaves your device, isn't a cookie, and isn't visible to me or anyone else. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Your rights
This site serves buyers in the UAE and abroad, so depending on where you live, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), the EU/UK GDPR or similar laws give you rights over personal data I hold — in practice, that means our WhatsApp conversation. You can ask me:
- What information I hold about you (it will be the chat itself);
- To correct anything that's wrong;
- To delete the conversation and your contact details, which I will do unless a regulatory record-keeping obligation requires otherwise;
- To stop contacting you — one message is enough.

Children
This site is about property investment and is not directed at anyone under 18. I don't knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes to this policy
If the site ever starts doing something new with data — adds analytics, a form, anything — this page will be updated first, with a new date at the top, before the change goes live.
