Who runs this site
offplanhelp.com and the YouTube, Instagram and TikTok accounts "DXB Property Guide" are run by Muhammad Faizan, a licensed real estate broker in the United Arab Emirates.
Information on this site
Guides, calculators and videos are general information about off-plan property in the UAE. Prices, payment plans and handover dates come from developers and official sources and can change. They are not a binding offer, and nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice. Always confirm details with the developer and a registered broker before you commit.

DXB Property Guide Publisher
DXB Property Guide Publisher is my own tool for publishing my videos to my own YouTube and TikTok accounts through the official YouTube Data API and TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API. It is operated only by me and is not offered to the public. It posts only content I created, with the caption and privacy setting I choose, and follows the TikTok Developer Terms of Service, TikTok's content sharing guidelines and the YouTube Terms of Service. How it handles data is set out in the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
